The CPA 24<\/strong> is the first and, to date, only system that not only fully automates the care of chemical protective suits, but also checks their leak tightness<\/strong> within the same process<\/b>. This is made possible by a specially developed, thermally controlled steam cleaning, disinfection, and drying process<\/b> in which air, water, and steam are directed through the suit\u2019s outlet openings \u2014 with or without cleaning and disinfection agents.<\/p>\nThis media concept eliminates the need for cumbersome lance frames and, for the first time, allows the zipper to remain closed<\/b> during the care process. As a result, the tightness test<\/strong> can be integrated directly<\/b> into the fully automated cycle, and chemical protective suits with temperature resistance up to 60 \u00b0C can even be processed completely without chemical additives<\/b>.<\/p>\nManual work is limited to hanging up and connecting the suits via the outlet openings and selecting the program \u2014 a task that takes only a few minutes at the start of each cycle. Suit-specific process parameters for all common brands are stored in the system and are automatically selected via type input; the CSA suits are permanently identified by barcode, RFID<\/b>, or similar methods.<\/p>\n
Multi-station cabinets control each loading position individually, allowing different brands to be processed in the same cycle<\/b> with different parameters.
