The PRO 2VH<\/b> is our automated premium solution<\/b> for fullstreet and halfstreet operation<\/b>, combining the benefits of both system types. It is designed for fire departments<\/b> and industrial service providers<\/b> operating conventional hose maintenance facilities.<\/p>\n
Built with static components made entirely of stainless steel<\/b>, it delivers a throughput of up to 54 hoses per hour<\/b>. At the same time, it combines an intelligent safety concept<\/b> with technical simplicity and ergonomic design for efficient single-operator handling<\/b>.<\/p>\n
The PRO 2VH<\/b> features an extended-tank-section in which the hose is redirected through 180 degrees and guided through the maintenance tank in an arc. This design principle doubles the effective maintenance path<\/b>, allowing hoses of up to 40 m<\/b> in length to be processed.<\/p>\n
On site, only water-, wastewater- and three-phase power connections, along with a suitable floor, are required. The system then automatically performs the entire process<\/b>, from pre-soaking, washing<\/b> to straight or semicircular hose layout<\/b>, and from filling<\/b>, pressure testing<\/b> and draining<\/b> through to hanging, drying, removal<\/b> and winding<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Its outstanding versatility<\/b> is based on our developments for automated halfstreet and fullstreet systems.
