The world’s leading hose maintenance centre!
Our powerhouse, the PRO 1 Mammut, is our fully automated premiumcompact system for fire brigades and industrial service providers who need to efficiently maintain and test high-volume A- and Fhoses, but have limited space available.
Our PRO 1 Mammoth covers the entire process chain as a continuousone-man operation, from pre-soaking through unwinding and washing to flushing, pressure testing, draining, drying and winding, without the operator having to enter the sealed test chamber.
This ensures maximum safety whilst delivering high reproducibility and consistently accurate documentation.
In the most confined of spaces, we process up to 16 hoses per hour, requiring an installation area of just 22.7 m² including the operator’s station, whilst the only site requirements are water, drainage, three-phase power and a suitable floor are required.

Our PRO 1 Mammut can be installed in a recess enclosed on three sides and is operated entirely from the front, which keeps distances short and makes optimum use of the space.
Apart from docking and undocking, everything from feeding to ejection runs automatically, controlled via the intuitive, user-guided touchscreen, so that errors are practically ruled out.
As the most powerful version, our test pump technology fills a 40-metre-long Ahose to 16 bar in just 28 seconds, which saves a noticeable amount of time, particularly with A and F hoses.
All manual operations during normal operation are carried out at hip height – without bending down, without having to move loads above shoulder height, and without having to open doors or hatches.
Our PRO 1 Mammut combines a test water recovery rate of almost 100percentage of testwater recovery with an average powerconsumption of just 5.12 kW per hour.
The pressure test is carried out, following the automatic closure of the hose inlet side, in a fully enclosed test cell.
A 360° glass dome without cross-bracing ensures a clear view of the hose.
We manufacture structural components and almost all metal parts from stainless steel.
Our hose data management and data export to all standard fire service datais carried out directly within the control system, eliminating the need for a separate computer.
