Our PRO 2V is the automated premium solution for fire departments and industrial service providers with conventional hose maintenance facilities, that require maximum throughput and a high level of process reliability.
With static components made entirely of stainless steel, it achieves a hose maintenance capacity of up to 54 hoses per hour and combines technical simplicity with an ergonomic workflow for efficient one-man operation.
On-site, all that is needed are water-, wastewater-, and three-phase power connections, as well as a suitable floor.
The PRO 2V automatically performs the entire process, from pre-soaking, washing, measuring and straight hose laying through to filling, pressure testing, hanging, drying, removal and winding.
In combination with our suspension systems in full- or half-tower configurations, the PRO 2V —depending on the hanging method—achieves the specified high throughput of up to 54 75mm-tubes per hour.

As a highly automated fullstreet system, all process steps from feeding to discharge are performed automatically—apart from coupling and uncoupling as well as insertion into the winder—so that each hose is handled only seven times, while all other functions are controlled via the intuitive, user-guided touchscreen interface.
At the same time, the PRO 2V is consistently designed as an ergonomic solution at waist height, eliminating the need for bending or lifting above shoulder level.
As the most energy-efficient hose maintenance line with tower drying, it relies on nearly 100% recovery of test water. Its average power consumption is just 2.9 kW per hour. Even with a throughput of up to 54 hoses per hour, it requires less than 150 W per 20 m hose.
For maximum safety, pressure testing is carried out behind a burst-resistant panel. We ensure a high level of durability through the consistent use of stainless steel and the precise workmanship typical of PREY.
The integrated hose data management system via the large-format touchscreen makes the PRO 2V a complete solution, as data can be managed directly in the control system and imported into common software programs without the need for a separate computer.
