With static components made of 100% stainless steel, it offers a hose maintenance capacity of up to 54 hoses per hour and combines technical simplicity with an ergonomic process for efficient one-man operation.
The only on-site requirements are water and wastewater connections, a three-phase power connection and a suitable floor.
The PRO 2V automatically carries out the complete process — from pre-soaking, washing and measuring through elongated laying, flooding and pressure testing to hanging, drying, taking down and winding.
In combination with our Hose Hanging Systems in full-tower or half-tower configurations, the PRO 2V achieves — depending on the hanging technology — a throughput of up to 54 75 mm hoses per hour.

Each hose is therefore handled only seven times. All remaining functions are controlled through intuitive, user-guided operation on the touchscreen.
The PRO 2V is also designed as an ergonomic solution, with all work steps carried out at waist height — without bending down or lifting loads above shoulder height.
