Our individual hose maintenance units incorporate the full range of functions of modern hose maintenance into individual units that can be operated by a single person. This allows each function to be selected as a standalone unit and combined as needed with other standalone and/or combination units to meeton-site with other individual and/or combination devices.
From pre-soaking to washing, pressure testing, winding, drying, to binding and storage, right through to management —we offer all these functions in individual devices developed and produced in-house. The components used are, for the most part, identical to those in our proven plant systems andtherefore meet the same quality and performance requirements—only in a mobile form and thus available whenever they’re needed.
All components are subject to our own quality management system, the so-called PREY-Werk standard (PWN) and can be equipped accordingly or installed in other devices and systems, if a fire department, for cost reasons, were to initially opt for a single unit and later for a complete system.

Our SEM is the first hose coupling binding machine with a stationary hose. The wire is carefully wound around the coupling neck instead of “twisting” the hose and coupling into the wire.
This prevents the hose from twisting into a spiral during binding—ensuring a clean, reproducible result and maximum process reliability.
