PRO 2VH – the all-rounder.
The PRO 2VH is our automated premium solution for fullstreet and halfstreet operation, combining the benefits of both system types. It is designed for fire departments and industrial service providers operating conventional hose maintenance facilities.
Built with static components made entirely of stainless steel, it delivers a throughput of up to 54 hoses per hour. At the same time, it combines an intelligent safety concept with technical simplicity and ergonomic design for efficient single-operator handling.
The PRO 2VH features an extended-tank-section in which the hose is redirected through 180 degrees and guided through the maintenance tank in an arc. This design principle doubles the effective maintenance path, allowing hoses of up to 40 m in length to be processed.
On site, only water-, wastewater- and three-phase power connections, along with a suitable floor, are required. The system then automatically performs the entire process, from pre-soaking, washing to straight or semicircular hose layout, and from filling, pressure testing and draining through to hanging, drying, removal and winding.
Its outstanding versatility is based on our developments for automated halfstreet and fullstreet systems. To achieve high throughput, it is typically combined with our hose suspension technology in full-tower installations.

Made entirely of stainless steel made of stainless steel, it produces up to 54 tubes per hour and combines an intelligent safety concept with technicalsimplicity and ergonomic design for efficient one-person operation.
Our PRO 2VH features a tray extension in which the hose is redirected by 180 degrees and routed in an arc through the maintenance tray. This design doubles the usable cleaning path length of the hoses, allowing even hoses up to 40 meters in length to be cleaned.
On the construction side, all that is needed are water, wastewater, and three-phase power connections, as well as a suitable floor, while the system handles the entire process from pre-soaking through washing, measuring, and—optionally—stretched or semicircular spreading, all the way through to rinsing, pressure testing, draining, hanging, drying, unhanging, and winding.
This exceptional versatility is based on our developments in automated semi-and full-width roads and is typically combined with our hose suspension technology in full-height towers to achieve high throughput.
