The original among binding machines!
Our SEM, the original Hose Coupling Binding Machine with a stationary hose: The wire is neatly guided around the coupling neck without twisting the hose and coupling into the wire or twisting them into a spiral. We developed the underlying binding process in 1994—featuring a binding arm, constant wire tension, and a focus on reproducible results with a high level of workplace safety.
The SEM thus solves a key problem with conventional technology: Previously, depending on the number of wire windings, pressure and suction hoses had to be wound up to 10–30 times onto large winding drums to compensate for twist and frictional resistance—and the racks were correspondingly large and unwieldy. Our SEM has completely eliminated these shortcomings, prioritizingsafety and reliability of use as well as ease of operation. A specially developed device keeps the binding wire under constant tension during winding, thereby optimizing the winding result.
The SEM is the most compact machine of its kind and is available as a mobile or stationary unit. We supply it ex-factory with either a mobile table, as a workbench version, or for installation on existing workbenches or maintenance lines.
