The Customized Premium Solution!
Our Pump Test Rig completely redefine the conventional method of testing fire pumps
Their functionality, exemplary ergonomics, the high degree of automation, and consequently the efficiency in operating the Pump Test Rig set the standard that were previously unheard of in the industry.
Our Pump Test Rig achieve the highest level of accuracy, user-friendliness, and automation.
They feature stainless steel pressure vessels, which makes them significantly more durable than hot-dip galvanized and/or coated steel vessels.
Stainless steel is not only corrosion-resistant but also withstands large temperature fluctuations and high pressures.
All water-delivering pumps, especially fire pumps, can be tested by PPS.
Our test rigs are designed in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 1028-1 and DIN EN 1028-2, as well as the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 9906.
In doing so, we place particular emphasis on correct positioning, the size and arrangement of the sensors and fittings, as well as on appropriate pipe dimensions and sufficientsufficient clearance from walls and other lines.
As with all of our systems and devices, the PPS is also a system that can be operated entirely by a single person.

Any flow rate is possible!
Our standard test benches are designed for flow rates up to 10,000 l/min.
This allows for testing the most common performance requirements and operating profiles of fire pumps.
However, we also offer pump test stands for flow rates above this range.
Tank size can be customized just as flexibly as the flow rates.
There are virtually no upper limits here.
The Option as a Cistern
Upon request, the PPS tank can also be designed as a cistern.
This allows the system to be optimally integrated into existing indoor or outdoor layout concepts, and existing cisterns can, of course, be modernized accordingly.
Anything is possible!
We also build the PPS as a shaft-mounted system or as a mobile unit on a car trailer, an L-frame as a roll-off container, or similar. Contact us—we’ll make you mobile.
Whether you’re a volunteer fire department, a professional fire department, firefighting command centers, or large-scale industry —no matter what the conditions are like at the scene, we’ll find the right solution, perfectly tailored to your needs.

Flexible. Precise. Future-proof.
Our PPS systems combine ergonomic working, the highest level of safety, and maximum flexibility in a compact pump test stand.
An adjustable monitor arm ensures a high level of operating comfort and can be adjusted in height, length, tilt, as well as rotated nearly 360° to suit any work situation —for a consistently ergonomic way of working directly at the test bench.
All suction and discharge hoses are mounted directly on the PPS, so neither hoses nor cables are in the way.
In addition to the included test programs—such as warranty point testing, dry suction test, closing pressure test, submersible pump test, static-dynamic test, and characteristic curve test —a free test program is also available for test runs or similar applications.
The integrated water tank features a fully automatic level control system, which automatically replenishes any water lost, ensuring that the process remains stable and reproducible.
Our pump test benches enable including changeovers, the testing of up to six pumps per hour.
All test values are automatically saved in the test database and can be exported to any standard firefire department management software.
All water-carrying fittings, as well as the entire pressure vessel, are made of high-quality stainless steel and are manufactured toprecision industrial quality—for uncompromising durability and high value retention.
It is possible to run the suction and discharge lines through a wall into another room without any further steps.
