It can be installed within a single day in an area of just 9 m², including the operator space, and is operated entirely from the front, with the hose handled only four times during normal operation—while the test chamber remains closed.
In normal operation, all work steps are performed at waist height—without bending, without lifting above shoulder level, and without having to open any doors or flaps.
At the same time, our PRO 1 is the most energy-efficient system on the market: nearly 100% test water recovery and an average power consumption of just 2.43 kW translate into less than 180 W per 20 m hose, even at high throughput.
For maximum safety, it automatically closes the hose entry side before pressure testing to create a fully enclosed test chamber, while the 360° glass dome ensures maximum transparency.
