Two functions in one device!

Our SVW hose care combi-unit combines pre-soaking and washing in a single mobile, extremely sturdy unit with an integrated large pre-soaking tank for cleaning up to two 75 mm, 45 mm or 25 mm fire hoses at the same time (or one 110 mm or 150 mm hose).

The Cassette Pre-Soak Unwinding Unit with four hose compartments enables the hoses to be fed smoothly and securely into the high-pressure hose washing-machine and is designed to conserve water, so that a maximum number of hoses can be pre-soaked using a minimal amount of water.
The welded cassettes are designed for different hose widths and ensure straight, twist-free unwinding, which effectively prevents twisting.
Polished stainless steel top edges and a removable deflector plate guide the subsequent cable coils neatly over the edge and prevent snagging and bouncing back.

Our Hose Washing-machine uses high-pressure technology and virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles, and operates in the wet cell without any moving parts; furthermore, it can be slid sideways and locked in place, ensuring that it can always be positioned ideally in front of the respective cassettes.

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel, and the device is designed for single-person operation and mobile use.
