The most compact hose suspension system in the world!
Our ASA Automatic Hose Suspension System is widely regarded as the origin of modern hose maintenance technology. It is based on the second-generation universal suspension adapter and continues to set unmatched standards in functional versatility, ergonomics, throughput, and energy efficiency.
Structural requirements at the top of the tower include load-bearing anchor points for structural support, a service platform, access compliant with occupational safety regulations (UVV), and a three-phase power supply.
Control is provided via system-specific supply lines, which are installed on site by our technicians, running from the control unit at the base of the tower to the tower head.
The ASA performs all hose lifting, repositioning, and unloading functions automatically – when electronically integrated with a hose maintenance system and synchronized with its processing workflows.

ASA – the original!
With variable installation options on ceilings, walls, or beams, very small travel ranges for the positioning and feed drives, and suspension adapters smaller than one 45mm-coupling, our ASA achieves an exceptionally high suspension capacity per availablebase area. For example, a 5-bay ASA requires only approximately 1.75 m² of floor space in the tower for a medium capacity of 100 (75mm) or 110 (45mm) hoses, it requires only about 1.75 m² of floor space in the tower.
From hanging to sorting to taking down, the process – with the exception of inserting and removing the hoses into the hanging adapters – everything is automatic, so that the hose is handled only once at each end of the coupling.
The intuitive, user-guided touchscreen interface virtually eliminates operating errors and misconfigurations.
All handling is done at hip height, without placing the hose on the floor, while the system configuration is fully visualized on a large touchscreen. Thanks to frequency-controlled drive technology , energy consumption is very low , averaging 0.04 kW per hanging cycle and less than 725 W at an example throughput of 40 hoses per hour.
Safety is ensured by load-monitored drives with adjustable forces and overload shut-off mechanisms, as well as structurallyseparately tested hooks with a safety latch and a form-fitting hose holder. Hose data management is directly integrated into the control system; a separate PC is no longer required.
