The PRO 1 combines minimum space requirements with maximum efficiency and process reliability.
The PRO 1 is ready for operation within a day and can be installed on just 9 m², including the operating area. All operation, cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed exclusively from the front. During regular operation, the hose is handled only four times while the test chamber remains closed throughout the entire process.
All work steps are carried out at waist level during regular operation: without bending over, without lifting loads above shoulder height, and without opening doors or flaps.
At the same time, the PRO 1 is the most energy-efficient compact system on the market. Nearly 100% test-water recovery and an average power consumption of just 2.43 kW result in energy consumption of less than 180 W per 20 m hose, even at a throughput of up to 14 hoses per hour.
For maximum safety, the hose inlet side closes automatically before the pressure testing process, creating a completely enclosed test cell. The 360° rotatable glass dome provides an unobstructed view from every angle.
