Our patented MAP Mobile-Fitting-Testing-System is redefining the standard for testing suction hoses and water-carrying fittings. As the only system of its kind worldwide, it enables fully automated, standard-compliant testing of virtually all water-carrying fittings as well as every suction hose —all within a closed-loop water system, in which the test water remains in a tank specially integrated into the MAP and is reused.
At the same time, our MAP is the only system on the market that allows for the multiple testing of suction hoses or water-carrying fittings in a single test procedure. During development, we consistently followed our PREYguidelines and paid particular attention to ergonomics, safety, sustainability, quality, automation, and digitization.

Seven at one stroke!
The combined testing of suction hoses in a single process is made possible by the patented suction and pressure test coupling in Storz A size with a sight glass. The integrated venting device closes automatically when a vacuum is present and vents automatically during thesubsequent pressure test.
As soon as there is sufficient pressure in the suction hose and the air has been completely displaced through the venting device, it closes completely—allowing the pressure test to be performed in accordance with DIN specifications. The operating principle of our suctionand pressure-testing seal makes this procedure possible entirely without additional electro-or electro-pneumatic devices.
In addition, the MAP is unique in its versatility: It allows for the simultaneous testing of up to seven fittings or up to four suction hoses. A particularly practical feature is that all connections on the MAP can be controlled independently of one another via the touchscreen —this allows a defective test part to be removed from the ongoing process at any time, without having to interrupt the entire testing process.
