The world’s smallest hose suspension system!
The KSL Compact Hose Lift is the smallest automatic hose suspension system, featuring a single track—making it ideal for equipment buildings of volunteer and industrial fire departments with small hose towers.
The KSL operates with a unique suspension and track carrier concept and can be seamlessly integrated into the cleaning process of conventional hose maintenance systems and devices. The key benefit: maximum space utilization combined with exceptionally simple operation.
The KSL automatically performs hose loading and unloading functions and can, if required, be electronically connected to our hose maintenance systems.
The maximum capacity can be completely filled or emptied within just 20 minutes.
On-site requirements include load-bearing anchor points for structural support, a service platform, access compliant with occupational safety regulations (UVV), and a three-phase power supply.

The KSL—the original!
Our KSL really shines in situations where space is limited in the tower head or in the hall, yet a safe, quick operation is required. As the smallest hose suspension system, it can be flexibly integrated into ceilings, walls, or beams, requires only a minimal travel area for the feed drive, and works with suspension adapters which are smaller than a 45mm-coupling. At the same time, the KSL is particularly ergonomic because the hose does not have to be laid on the floor during hoisting and lowering, while the light-weight hanging adapters enable quick, and safe work.
It also sets new standards in energy efficiency, as its frequency-controlled drive and an average power consumption of just 1.62 kW per hour make it the most energy-efficient compact hose suspension system, with less than 405 W required to hang the maximum capacity of 20 hoses.
For maximal safety, the drives are frequency-controlled and load-monitored; the drive forces can be adjusted to the hose material and weight and limited by overload shut-offs, while type-tested mounting hooks with safetylatches and the suspension adapters ensure a form-fit connection for the hose.
