PRO 1 Mammut - Schlauchpflege-Kompaktanlage

The world’s strongest hose maintenance system!

Our powerhouse, the PRO 1 Mammut, is our fully automated premium compact system for fire departments and industrial service providers who need to efficiently maintain and inspect high-volume 110mm- and 150mm-hoses, but have limited space available.

Our PRO 1 Mammut covers the entire process chain as a continuous one-person operation, from pre-soaking through unwinding and washing to flushing, pressure testing, draining, drying, and winding, without the operator having to enter the sealed test chamber.

This ensures maximum reliability while delivering high reproducibility and consistently clean documents
In the tightest of spaces , we can process up to 16 hoses per hour while requiring a footprint of just 22.7 m² —including the operator’s station—while the only on-site requirements are water, drainage, three-phase power, and a suitable floor.

The world’s strongest hose maintenance system!

Our powerhouse, the PRO 1 Mammut, is our fully automated premium compact system for fire departments and industrial service providers who need to efficiently maintain and inspect high-volume 110mm- and 150mm-hoses, but have limited space available.

Our PRO 1 Mammut covers the entire process chain as a continuous single-passone-person process, from pre-soaking through unwinding and washing to flushing, pressure testing, draining, drying, and winding, without the operator having to enter the sealed test chamber.

This ensures maximum reliability while also providing high reproducibility and consistently clean documents. In the most confined spaces , we can process up to 16 hoses per hour while requiring a footprint of just 22.7 m² —including the operator station—while the only on-site requirements are water, drainage, three-phase power, and a suitable floor.

Our PRO 1 Mammut can be installed in a three-sided enclosed niche and is operated exclusively from the front, which keeps distances short and makes optimal use of the space.

Apart from coupling and uncoupling, everything runs automatically—from loading to unloading — controlled via the intuitive, user-guided touchscreen, so that errors are virtually eliminated.

In its most powerful version, our test pump technology fills a 40 m long 110mm-hose to 16 bar in just 28 s with a capacity of 70,000 l/h , which saves a noticeable amount of time, especially with 110mm- and 150mm-hoses.

All operations during normal use are performed at hip height— without bending over, without moving loads above shoulder height, and without having to open doors or flaps.

Our PRO 1 Mammut combines nearly 100 percent recovery of test water with an average power consumption of just 5.12 kW per hour.

The pressure test is performed, after the hose inlet side has closed automatically, in a completely sealed test chamber.
A 360° glass dome without cross-bracing ensures an unobstructed view of the hose.

We manufacture structural components and nearly all metal parts from stainless steel.

Our hose data management system and data export to all standard fire department—management programs are handled directly within the control system, eliminating the need for a separate computer.
