Our standard test rigs are designed for flow rates of up to 10,000 l/min.
This allows the testing of the most common performance requirements and operating profiles of fire pumps .

However, we also offer pump test rigs for flow rates above this range. Just as variable as the flow rates is the tank size.
Here, there are almost no limits to the upper end.

Optional as a cistern
Upon request, the tank of the PPS can also be designed as a cistern.
This allows the system to be optimally integrated into existing indoor or outdoor concepts; existing cisterns can of course also be modernized accordingly.

Anything is possible!
We also build the PPS as a pit installation or as a mobile system on a car trailer, an L-frame as a hooklift container, or something similar.

Our PPS combines ergonomic operation, maximum safety, and maximum flexibility in a compact pump test rig.

An adjustable monitor arm provides excellent operating comfort and can be adjusted in height, length, inclination, and by almost 360 degrees to suit any working situation — for a consistently ergonomic way of working directly at the test rig.

All suction and pressure hoses are integrated directly into the PPS, so neither hoses nor cables are lying in the working area.
In addition to the included test programs such as rated duty test, dry suction test, shut-off pressure test, submersible pump test, static-dynamic test, and performance curve test, a free test program is also available for trial runs or similar applications.

The integrated water tank features fully automatic level control, which automatically replenishes lost water, ensuring a stable and reproducible process.
Including conversions, our pump test rigs enable testing of up to six pumps per hour.
All test values are automatically stored in the test database and can be exported to any common fire service management software.
All water-carrying fittings as well as the complete pressure vessel are made of high-quality stainless steel and manufactured in precise industrial quality — for uncompromising durability and long-term value retention.

A wall penetration for the suction and pressure lines into another room is easily possible.
