Four functions in one device!

Our VWTW Compact Hose Maintenance Unit combines pre-soaking, washing, drying, and winding into a single mobile, extremely sturdy unit with an integrated, large pre-soaking tank for up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm (or alternatively, one 110mm or F hose).

The cassette-style pre-soak unwinding unit with four hose compartments allows for upright, twist-free unwinding and guides the hoses safely into our high-pressure hose washing machine.

It can be moved sideways for optimal positioning in front of the cassettes and operates with virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles.

For efficient water removal, our hose moisture extraction system uses three cyclone separators combined in a single drying unit.

The automatic hose winder with automatic operation, overload shut-off, a winding guide fork, automatic winding speed adjustment, and optional remote control, handles hoses up to 35 m (optional Mammut variant for 150mm hoses up to 40 m).

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, optimal corrosion protection even when detergents are used, and high value retention.
