Our PRO 4VH is the fully automated hose maintenance process line for large professional fire departments and firefighting technology centers without a hose tower, which require short downtime and high throughput at the headquarters level.
All static components are made entirely—without compromise— from 100% stainless steel. In efficient one-personoperation, the PRO 4 achieves a hose maintenance rate of up to 32 hoses per hour while combining an intelligent safety concept with very low power consumption during horizontal drying.
The entire process is fully automated and includes pre-soaking, washing, external and internal drying, measuring, stretched laying out, storm surges, pressure testing including backflow simulation, deflation, uncoupling, and winding.
The PRO 4VH features a trough extension in which the hose is redirected by 180 degrees and routed in an arc through the maintenance trough. This design doubles the usable maintenance range of the hoses, allowing even hoses up to 40 meters in length to be maintained.
On-site, all that is needed are water, wastewater, and three-phase power connections, as well as a suitable floor. The basis for full automation is our direct-acting horizontal drying technology, which achieves one of the highest levels of efficiency without a hose tower.
The PRO 4VH is thus the only fully automatic finishing line, which achieves a continuous high-throughput process with just four handling steps on the hose.

At the same time, it is the only system currently available that can handle up to four B/C/D hoses or up to two A/F hoses in parallel, drying each hose thoroughly both inside and out, blows air through them using four suction nozzles, and automatically disconnects up to four hoses.
As the most energy-efficient processing line with horizontal drying , the PRO 4VH requires an average of only 13.76 kW, including internal drying—that’s less than 362 W per 20-meter hose, with up to 32 hoses per hour.
At the same time, our PRO 4VH is highly automated, since a hose is handled only four times and the rest is controlled via the intuitive, user-friendly touchscreen interface. As the highest-performance solution, the test pump technology fills four 20-meter B hoses to 16 bar in just 23 seconds.
The work processes are ergonomically designed, and the few manual steps required are all performed at hip height. A burst-resistant disc ensures maximum safety for the tester during the pressure test. The hose data management integrated directly into the system control makes our PRO 4VH a complete solution, since no separate PC is required for data import and export.
