The most powerful hose maintenance system with horizontal drying!
Our PRO 4V is the fully automated hose maintenance process fullstreet for large professional fire departments and fire service centers without a hose tower. It is designed for organizations that require short downtime and high throughput at the performance level of fire engine departments.
All static components are made of 100 % stainless steel. In efficient one-man operation, the PRO 4V achieves a hose maintenance capacity of up to 32 hoses per hour while combining an intelligent safety concept with exceptionally low power consumption during horizontal drying.
The fully automated process includes pre-soaking, washing, external and internal drying, measuring, elongated laying, short-time flooding, pressure testing with surge simulation, draining, uncoupling and winding.
The only on-site requirements are water and wastewater connections, a three-phase connection and a suitable floor. The basis of the full automation is PREY’s direct-acting horizontal drying technology, which achieves one of the highest levels of efficiency available without a hose tower.
The PRO 4V is therefore the only fully automatic hose maintenance street that achieves a continuous high-throughput process with just four required handling steps on the hose.

Fully automated, energy-efficient and uncompromisingly fast.
As the most modern hose maintenance street, the PRO 4V is the first and only solution with integrated pressure surge simulation, allowing hoses to be tested under realistic pressure peaks similar to those that can occur during operation.
It is also the only currently available system that can maintain up to four 75 mm, 45 mm or 25 mm hoses, or up to two 110 mm or 150 mm hoses, simultaneously. Each hose is dried both externally and internally using four suction nozzles, and up to four hoses can be uncoupled automatically at the same time.
As the most energy-efficient hose maintenance street with horizontal drying, the PRO 4V requires an average of just 13.76 kW, including internal drying. This corresponds to less than 362 W per 20 m hose at a throughput of up to 32 hoses per hour.
The PRO 4V is also highly automated: each hose is handled only four times, while all other functions are controlled via intuitive, user-guided operation on the touchscreen. As the most powerful solution, the pressure pump technology fills four 20 m 75mm-hoses to a test pressure of 16 bar in just 23 seconds.
All work steps are ergonomically designed, and the few manual handling steps required are carried out at waist height. A personal protection wall provides maximum safety for the operator during pressure testing.
Integrated hose data management within the system control makes the PRO 4V a complete solution. No separate computer is required for importing or exporting data.
