Our PRO 2VH is the automated premiumsolution for full- and half-street operation, combining the advantages of both system types —developed for fire departments and industrial service providers with conventional hose maintenance facilities.
Made entirely of stainless steel made of stainless steel, it produces up to 54 tubes per hour and combines an intelligent safety concept with technicalsimplicity and ergonomic design for efficient one-person operation.
Our PRO 2VH features a tray extension in which the hose is redirected by 180 degrees and routed in an arc through the maintenance tray. This design doubles the usable cleaning path length of the hoses, allowing even hoses up to 40 meters in length to be cleaned.
On the construction side, all that is needed are water, wastewater, and three-phase power connections, as well as a suitable floor, while the system handles the entire process from pre-soaking through washing, measuring, and—optionally—stretched or semicircular spreading, all the way through to rinsing, pressure testing, draining, hanging, drying, unhanging, and winding.
This exceptional versatility is based on our developments in automated semi-and full-width roads and is typically combined with our suspension systems in full-height towers to achieve high throughput.

As a highly automated semi-continuous line, the process runs from feeding to ejection – with the exception of coupling and uncoupling as well as loading onto the winder – all steps are automated, so that a tube is handled only seven times, and the rest is managed via the intuitive, user-guided touchscreen interface.
At the same time, as the most ergonomic system, the PRO 2VH is consistently designed to be at hip height, eliminating the need to bend over or lift items above shoulder height. As the most energy-efficient hose maintenance line with tower drying, it achieves nearly 100% water recovery and an average power consumption of just 2.9 kW —less than 150 W per 20-meter hose, with up to 54 hoses per hour.
To ensure maximum safety, the pressure test is conducted behind a burst-resistant disc.

The integrated hose data management via the large touchscreen makes the PRO 2VH a complete solution, because data can be managed directly in the control system and imported into common programs, without the need for a separate computer.
