Our ASW Automatic Hoserewinder features large, transparent stainless steel winderl discs for fire department pressure hoses in sizes 110mm / 75mm /45mm / 25mm up to 35 m in length, as well as with extensive automation, exemplary ergonomics, high-quality workmanship, and well-thought-out functionality.
In addition to its high-performance gearmotor, the ASW is equipped with a safety control system featuring a frequency converter as well as a large, sturdy base for maximum stability (even when winding heavy hoses).
The ASW offers all the performance features of our modern winding technology: Automatic operation with overload shut-off, contact-monitored winding guide fork, automatic winding speed adjustment to reduce speed as the winding diameter increases, a winding tension release fork for easy removal of the neatly wound hose, as well as a remote control, which allows the winding process to be started while the hose is still on its way back to the winder.
