Two functions in one device!

Our SWP hose maintenance combination unit combines washing and pressure testing in a single, particularly sturdy unit for washing and conducting regulatory-compliant testing of up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm simultaneously, or one of sizes 110mm and 150mm.

The Hose-Washingmachine with high-pressure technology uses virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles and operates in the wet cell withoutmoving parts.

The hose pressure testing station, featuring fully welded stainless steel piping, enables safe pressure testing, with the test end caps securely mounted in the base frame, ensuring that all coupling ends are securely connected to the unit during testing.

Frame, the piping and washing machine housing are made almost entirely of stainless steel and are designed for long-term durability and high corrosion protection, even when detergents are used.
Thanks to the swiveland fixed-brake casters, snagging is minimized and comfortable maneuvering is facilitated.

Our SWP is designed for one -person operation, can be used on the go, and can be operated on site with any tall-profilecassette pre-soaking tank or any mobile winder and any drying technology—preferably the continuous-flow hose dryer.
