Two functions in one device!

Our SWT Hose Care Combination Unit combines washing and drying in a single, mobile, extremely durable unit for washing and drying up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm simultaneously, or one of sizes 110mm and 150mm.

The hose washer with high-pressure technology uses virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles.

Efficient dewatering is ensured by our hose moisture extraction system, based on proven plant engineering technology, with three cyclone separators integrated into a drying unit mounted on the side of the washing machine housing.
The required vacuum is conveyed through a flexible hose into polished stainless steel tubes in the extraction fork, which is equipped with fine suction slots to prevent unwanted secondary air effects.
The extraction fork is side-mounted and automatically releases trailing couplings as the hose is pulled out of the washing machine.

Rack, the enclosure and washing machine housing are made almost entirely of stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, optimal corrosion protection even when detergents are used, and high value retention.
