Three functions in one device!

Our VWP Compact Hose Maintenance Unit combines pre-soaking, washing, and pressure testing in a single, mobile, exceptionally sturdy unit with an integrated, large pre-soaking tank.

This allows up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm simultaniously (alternatively, one hose of sizes 110mm and 150mm) can be washed and tested, while the central component— the cassette—pre-soak—unwinding unit with four hose compartments ensure smooth, securely guided feeding.

Our Hose Washingmachine uses high-pressure technology and virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles, and operates in the wet cell withoutany moving parts; it can be slid sideways and locked in place, ensuring that it is always perfectly positioned in front of the respective cassettes.

The hose pressure testing station, featuring fully welded stainless steel piping, performs testing in accordance with regulations, whose test end fittings, which are permanently mounted in the base frame, securely connect all coupling ends.

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel —the device is designed for one-person operation and can be combined on-site with any winder and other drying equipment.
