Our VWTP compact hose maintenance unit combines pre-soaking, unwinding, washing, drying, and pressure testing in a single , extremely sturdy, mobile unit with an integrated, large pre-soaking tank.
This allows up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm to be (alternatively, a 110mm or 150mm hose) can be washed, dried, and tested in accordance with regulations.
Our cassette pre-soaking unwinding unit with four hose compartments, which guides the hose in smoothly and securely and supports twist-free unwinding, thereby preventing twisting.
The high-pressure hose washingmachine uses virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles with no moving parts; it can be moved sideways for optimal positioning.
For efficient water removal, our hose moisture extraction system uses three cyclone separators combined in a single drying unit.
Our hose pressuretest station, which features fully welded stainless steel piping and permanently installed test end fittings for secure couplingconnections.
