Our VWTPW Hose Maintenance Compact Unit is the flagship among combination units and combines all basic hose maintenance functions, including drying— in a mobile, exceptionally stable unit. With an integrated pre-soaking tank , it enables simultaneous washing, drying, and pressure testing in accordance with regulations of up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm (or alternatively one 110mm- and one 150mm-hose) and automatically winds up hoses up to 35 m in length —optionally available as a Mammut version for 150mm hoses up to 40 m.

The large KVA with four hose compartments ensures twist-free unwinding and a securely guided feed into the high-pressure hose washing machine. The side-shifting washing machine operates with low-maintenance flat-jet nozzles.

A hose-based wet extraction system with cyclone separators is integrated for efficient drainage. The test end caps, which are permanently mounted in the frame, increase safety during pressure testing.

Almost all metal components are made of high-quality stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, optimal corrosion protection, and high value retention.
