Three functions in one device!

Our WTP hose maintenance combination unit combines washing, drying, and pressure testing in a single mobile, exceptionally sturdy unit designed for up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm at the same time (or alternatively, one hose each of sizes 110mm and 150mm).

The high-pressure hose washing machine operates with virtually maintenance-free flat spray nozzles and requires no moving parts in the wet section.
Efficient water removal is provided by our hose moisture extraction system, whose three cyclone separators are grouped together on the side in a drying unit.

The hose pressure test station, featuring fully welded stainless steel piping, performs testing in accordance with regulations; Test end fittings permanently mounted in the base frame securely connect all coupling ends to the device.

The WTP is designed for flexible use and can be connected on site to Cassette Pre-Soak Unwinding Trolley , Winder and other drying equipment, preferably a Continuous-Flow Hose Dryer.
