The SPB Protective Gear Maintenance Bench is designed for ergonomic and efficient handling of firefighter protective clothing.

It is particularly suitable for disassembly, external and internal cleaning, repair, assembly, and inspection of protective suits.
In addition, protective gloves, boots, and respirators can also be easily processed.
The item being treated remains or floats predominantly in a horizontal position during processing.

The care bench features a generously sized stainless steel tub with overall dimensions of approximately 2,450 × 970 × 1,000 mm (L × W × H) and a tub depth of 250 mm.
The tub section is made of VA 1.4301 stainless steel with a continuous multi-folded edge.
The corner joints are seamlessly welded and polished, resulting in a particularly hygienic and easy-to-clean surface.

For flexible drainage of liquids, the tub is equipped with two drain outlets.
These allow for drainage into both the standard sewer system and a disposaltank or a separate separator.

The sturdy base frame made of VA square tubing ensures high stability.
Adjustable stainless steel threaded feet with PVCfloor leveling pads allow for precise alignment of the bench as well as the creation of a slope for theoptimal water drainage.

The scope of delivery includes a two-piece perforated stainless steel insert measuring approximately 0.83 × 2.30 m.
The insert features a double fold around the entire perimeter, a height of 27 mm, and two handle holes on each side for comfortable handling.
Support bolts on the inner sides of the troughs ensure a secure fit, while four retaining slots below the front edge of the tub allow for convenient storage of the insertswhen not in use.
