You can conveniently record and manage your test data using an interactive, large-format touchscreen with a Windows interface. Throughout the entire lifecycle of hoses, pumps, or CSAs, you can operate the system directly from the plant control system—including the integrated USB interface. An additional, separate computer is no longer required for this.

The operator PCs can be seamlessly integrated into your local network. This allows data to be accessed from any location on the network for viewing, management, and further processing. For maximum compatibility, we can optionally prepare the data in any standard data format, ensuring seamless transfer to external management programs.

At the customer’s express request, we equip the operator PC with Internet access. This gives your systems direct access to the “Internet of Things” (IoT). Internal and external customers can thus be automatically informed about the processing status and condition of the hoses, pumps, and CSA. In addition, materials can be marked as complete or reordered directly.

This innovative hose data management (SDV) system is made possible by PREY’s new generation of control systems. The system guides users through the operation process intuitively via the Windows interface, following the logical sequence of process steps. You can access operating instructions and product videos for each system directly from the user interface.

In addition, the new SDV offers expanded real-time support: In addition to the existing remote access option for programming, our PREY Service Center can now also access the user interface directly to provide your users with live, targeted assistance as needed.
