The SVG hose vulcanizing device is a consistent addition to the PREY product range and provides the ideal solution for the professional repair of fire hoses.
The robust unit features a red powder-coated steel tube frame. For a reliable repair process, it is equipped with an electrical connection and two coated heating plates. These ensure a secure and permanent bond between the repair patch and the hose cover.
The SVG is designed for repairing hoses using external repair patches and is suitable for uncoated, PU-coated and rubber-covered fire hoses. The repair patch is pressed evenly onto the damaged area using the manual clamping lever. The integrated timer controls the 15-minute vulcanization process, while the automatic temperature controller reliably prevents overheating.
