Our PRO 2V is the automated premiumsolution for fire departments and industrial service providers with conventional hose maintenance facilities, that require maximum throughput and a high level of process reliability.

Made entirely of stainless steel made of stainless steel, it achieves a hose maintenance capacity of up to 54 hoses per hour and combines technical simplicity with anergonomic workflow for efficient one-person operation.

On-site, all that is needed are water, wastewater, and three-phase power connections, as well as a suitable floor.

The complete process, from pre-soaking to washing, measuring, laying out the fabric on a frame, flooding and pressure testing, all the way to hanging, drying, taking down, and rolling is handled automatically by the PRO 2V.

In com­bi­na­tion with our suspension systems in full- or half-tower configurations, the PRO 2V —depending on the hanging method—achieves the specified high throughput of up to 54 B-tubes per hour.

As highly automated continuous production lines, they run from feeding to ejection —with the exception of coupling and uncoupling as well as loading onto the winder – all steps are automated, so that a hose is handled only seven times, and the rest is managed via the intuitive, user-friendly touchscreen interface.

At the same time, as an ergonomic solution, the PRO 2V is consistently designed to be at hip height, eliminating the need to bend over or lift items above shoulder height.

As the most energy-efficient hose maintenance line with tower drying, it recovers nearly 100% of the test water. Average power consumption is just 2.9 kW per hour. Even at a throughput of up to 54 hoses per hour, it requires less than 150 W per 20-meter hose.

To ensure maximum safety, the pressure test is conducted behind a burst-proof disc. We ensure high durability through the consistent use of stainless steel and PREY’s-typical precision workmanship.

The integrated hose data management via the large touchscreen makes the PRO 2V a complete solution, because data can be managed directly in the control system and imported into common programs, without the need for a separate computer.
