Three functions in one device!

Our VWT hose care combination unit combines pre-soaking, washing, and drying in a mobile, extremely sturdy unit with an integrated, large pre-soaking tank capable of holding up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm at the same time (or one hose each of sizes 110mm and 150mm).

The cassette pre-soaking and unwinding cart with four hose compartments allows not only for pre-soaking but also for the smooth, and safely guided feeding of the hoses into the high-pressure hose washing machine.
It is designed to conserve water and requires a minimal amount of water for a maximum number of hoses. The welded cassettes are designed for different hose widths and ensure straight, twist-free unwinding during insertion, which effectively prevents twisting.

The hose washing machine uses high-pressure technology and virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles, so there are no moving parts in the wet cell; it can be slid sideways and locked in place, ensuring that it can always be positioned ideally in front of the respective cassettes.

Efficient dewatering is ensured by our hose moisture extraction system with three cyclone separators combined in a single drying unit.
