Three functions in one device!

Our VWW Compact Hose Care Unit combines pre-soaking, washing, and winding in a single mobile, extremely sturdy unit with a large, built-in pre-soaking tank.

This allows you to wash up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm at the same time (or one hose each of sizes 110mm and 150mm) , while our electric hose reel handles hoses up to 35 m (a Mammut version is optionally available for 150mm-hoses and hose lengths up to 40 m.

Our cassette-style pre-soaking unwinding cart with four hose compartments ensures a seamless process; it enables upright, twist-free unwinding and reliably guides the hoses into our high-pressure hose washing machine, thereby effectively preventing kinks.

Offset, polished stainless steel edges and a deflector plate guide residual coupling material cleanly over the edge and reduceback-hooking.

Our hose-washing machine uses robust, virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles and has no moving parts in the wet cell. It can be slid sideways and can always be optimally positioned in front of the respective cassettes.

During winding, the electric hose winder with foot switch and dead-man control, as well as overload shut-off and a winding tension fork, ensuring clean, ergonomic handling.

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, high corrosion resistance even when detergents are used, and high value retention.
