Four functions in one device!

Our WTPW compact hose maintenance unit combines washing, drying, pressure testing, and winding in a single mobile, exceptionally sturdy unit.

It allows for the simultaneous use of up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm (or alternatively, one 110mm or 150mm hose) and features an automatic hose winder for hoses up to 35 m (a Mammut version for 150mm hoses up to 40 m is available as an option.

The high-pressure hose washer operates with robust, virtually maintenance-free flat-stream nozzles and has absolutely no moving parts.

Our hose water extraction unit ensures efficient drainage, using three cyclone separators and a suction fork that lets couplings pass through automatically as the hose is pulled out.

The hose pressure testing station, featuring fully welded stainless steel piping, enables testing in compliance with regulations; Test end caps permanently mounted in the base frame securely attach all coupling ends to the device.

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, high corrosion resistance even when detergents are used, and high value retention.
