Our MSW Mammut Hose Winder, featuring extra-large, transparent stainless-steel reel discs winds fire-fighting hoses of sizes 150mm/ 110mm / 75mm /45mm / 25mm up to 40 m in length and is particularly suitable for oil refineries/fields, chemical plants, and other specialized applications, as well as for countries that use A- and/or F-hoses longer than 20 m.

It is the largest series-winding machine of its kind and, in addition to the large reel discs, features an extremely high-performancefriction motor, a safety control system with a frequency converter, and a large, particularly heavy and stable base for maximum stability— even when winding the heaviest hoses – is included.

Our MSW offers all the performance features of our modern winding technology: Automatic operation with overload shut-off, contact-monitored winding guide fork, automatic adjustment of the winding speed to reduce it as the winding diameter increases, a winding release fork for easy removal, as well as a remote control to start the winding process while the roll is still on its wayback to the machine.

The fixed and swivel casters with locking brakes mounted beneath the base plate reduce back-dragging, run smoothly and gently on the floor thanks to stainless-steel casters with low-friction bearings, and enhance riding comfort.

Because it is portable, the MSW can be combined on site with other individual and combination devices as well as hose maintenancecompact systems, and it complements hose maintenance systems, particularly when winding extra-long Aand F hoses.
