Our SAA Hose Suspension Adapter is designed as a versatile roller adapter and is based on a universal base mount that is used across all series for various coupling types and hose sizes. The base holder consists of a sturdy, welded, closed mounting hook; a precision aluminum roller mounted on ball bearings; a circumferential roller cage; and a solid steel crossbar with an integrated mounting mechanism for the respective coupling systems.
Depending on the application, different mounting designs are used. These differ between the extended suspension mounted directly on the coupling and the folded suspension via a split roller. In addition, versions for single- and double-hose suspensions are available. For B and C hoses (38 mm to 75 mm), standard adapters are used for both straight and folded suspensions, while specific adapter types are used for A, D, and F hoses (110 mm, 25 mm, 150 mm), specific adapter types are used for each respective size.
The folding adapters are universally compatible with all common coupling standards(e.g., STORZ, DSP, BS). With the extended mounting configuration, the adapter is attached directly to the coupling, which requires a customized design. For this purpose, we offer mounting designs tailored to global market requirements, all based on a standardized base holder.
