Our mobile SWM hose washing machine is the rugged classic among stand-alone units. It uses flat-jet high-pressure technology—consistently without brushes, dirt cutters, or other moving parts in the wet chamber. This makes it particularly suitable for use in wet environments – low-maintenance, reliable, and consistently high-performing.

Our SWM is designed for the simultaneous washing of up to two fire hoses of sizes 75mm / 45mm / 25mm, or one hose each of sizes 150mm/ 110mm. The pressure lines are equipped with virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles; accordingly, the housing in the wet cell is completely free of moving parts.

We manufacture frames and housings in-house with precision from high-quality stainless steel —for high mechanical strength and optimal corrosion protection, even when used with foaming agents. In addition, the housing is powder-coated.

The SWM is based on our proven plant technology, is designed for the demanding day-to-day work of firefighters, and thanks to its mobility, it can be flexibly deployed anywhere. It can also be functionally combined with other PREY individual devices on site, depending on the requirements.
