Three functions in one device!

Our WPW hose maintenance combination unit combines washing, pressure testing, and winding into a single, mobile, sturdy unit, enabling the washing and regulation-compliant testing of up to two fire hoses sizes 75mm, 45mm, and 25mm simultaneously (alternatively, one size 110mm hose and 150mm) Includes hose coils up to 35 m. A Mammut version is optionally available for 150mm hoses and hose lines up to 40 m.

Our hose-washingmachine with high-pressure technology uses virtually maintenance-free flat-spray nozzles and operates in the wet cell without moving parts.

For safe testing, our hose pressure test station features fully welded stainless steel piping, with the test end closures permanently integrated into the base frame so that all coupling ends remain securely connected to the unit during testing.

For an even winding result, our electric hose winder is equipped with a high-performance geared motor, foot switch, and hold-to-run control, as well as overload protection and a coil release fork for easy removal of the neatly wound hose.

Almost all metal components are made of stainless steel —for long-lasting durability, optimal corrosion protection even when detergents are used, and maximum security.
